Greek Property Finders took off after our founder was working in an Athens based real estate agency serving international buyers from Europe, the Americas, and Australia who were searching for property in the most desirable areas of Greece.  His prior experience was in the USA, specifically 13 years in the Philadelphia real estate market helping buyers and sellers, where selling real estate was efficient and much easier than in Greece, as well as flipping property and being a landlord with multiple units in both Miami and Philadelphia.

The unfortunate reality is the international buyer often has unrealistic expectations in how to manage the Greek real estate market, forcing them to travel back home disappointed, having spent substantial funds for travel, inordinate amounts of wasted time, and bewildered by the unique process.
