Viewing Property
Whether in person or by video, you will be guided through the properties to find out what’s great and what needs attention. Special attention is also given to the surrounding neighborhood since location is important when acquiring property.
Guidance
You will have someone to lean on and be your representative throughout the process. Power of attorney is available to work through contracts and administrative burdens.
Is This Service Right For Me?
Our clients are busy people and foreign nationals with little to no experience buying property in Greece. The service is ideal for someone who values their time, does not have the ability to be here for weeks or months at a time viewing properites, and wants to experience an efficient process in buying Greek property. We focus our attention on you, not on selling property or earning a commission, so you can make informed decisions and have someone on your side from beginning to end.

There are times in the buying process that problems arise creating challenges in acquiring the property you want. We help you work through them with your attorney wherever necessary.
What if my transaction is terminated?
Many different scenarios can occur that you decide to not purchase a property you have selected. No problem, we start again from the beginning, because we want our clients to be successful and happy. The best part is we don’t charge extra for starting over again!
What happens if a property I want needs some work?
We are happy to help with supervision, contractor access, materials selection, and any other detail that arises so you can move right in or seek a tenant. This is an additional negotiable service based on the extent of renovation.
Who pays Greek Property Finders?
Greek Property Finders provides a fee based service. A specific proposal will be sent to you after our initial conversation. We do not take any gifts or kickbacks from any professional service provider, so we can focus our loyalty on you, and your successful property search.
Is this a real estate agency?
As you may have already noticed, our website does not present any property for sale. That is because we do not market or sell any property. Our philosophy is to work in a similar way to the American buyer agency model so that our attention is purely focused on you, as the buyer, and getting you into the right property.
